Hotel Munich glossary: Lustheim Palace

The Lustheim Palace is located in Oberschleißheim, Max-Emanuel-Platz. It was built  as a “hunting palace“ to celebrate  Maximilian Emanuels marriage to Maria Antonia in 1685. An outstanding collection of Meissen porcelain can be watched.  The collection includes, you won’t believe it, over 2000 valuable plates, animal figures and table centerpieces. Only the collection in the Dresdner Zwinger Palace can show off with more pieces.
